PS4 port of GTA Vice City, some cheats don't work.

Some weapon cheats, and even the low gravity cheats just don't work. No matter how many times I do it, they don't work. I've even made doubly sure that it isn't me or my controller, the cheats just don't work. Has anyone else has this problem?
