Ps4 us account help

I've created a us ps4 account. I live in the UK. I am trying to get my 14 day free trial but when I try payment methods. Both PayPal and card is rejected.

Im assuming this is because they're uk.

How can I get past this? Only want to use it to get cheaper games Thanks
