PS4 won't eject discs while on, won't connect to any online services and has problems turning off.

Does anyone have a fix for this?

The only way to eject a disc is to force a shutdown and then eject. Online services aren't available and the only way the console powers down is a forced shutdown.

This is my 2nd console in a 3 year span and I really don't want to invest in a 3rd PS4.
