[Question] 4.71 Update-error, am I the only one and does anyone have possible solution?

Hey there,

today (25.06.2017) I installed the newest software-update (4.71), but ever since then my PS4 just bugs out, f.e my screen is blinking and hast color/ pixel errors like crasy. Also installed games like "Metro Last light Redux" crash, even if they worked just fine before the update got installed. Additionally menu is nearly unusable because the writing is literaly flying across the entire screen.

So if anyone has an expirenced the same or even knows how to fix such an annoying bug please write it here.
