Question about gamesharing for PS4?

Only had a PS3 last gen, and mostly an Xbox One this gen, only had a PS4 for some months- but never tried gamesharing then, obviously gonna pick one up down the line, but I was wondering how gamesharing works, can you play the game on both accounts simultsneously?
