Between Horizon DLC pre-order, renewing my PS+ for a year, and my PSVue subscription, I've spent 99.97 before tax, but over $100 after tax. Do they count tax as part of the 100, since the funds do have to be added to and come out of your wallet, or do I need to go find something really cheap to get over the hump?
