EDIT: It was a USB cord issue. If you're at this point in your problem, get a different USB cord. Thank you all. Problem solved
Currently have two PS4 controllers. Used them on my PC the other day and now I can't access my PS4 at all :-.
What doesn't work - Pressing the home button as normal

Pressing the reset button in the back and plugging it in with a USB

Using a keyboard (can't get past the Press the PS Button to use the controller screen with a keyboard)

Using the Playstation app (it times out every time)
Any other suggestions? It's pretty frustrating
