A troubleshooting question

Hi all im relatively new to this so appologies if ive posted it in the wrong place. Ive just started getting an error code on the ps4 and from what i can gather you have to back up your save data and then delete and remake the account. Im currently doing this. My question is, i have 3 users on the ps. I only tried mine and got the error code. But when ive uploaded from my account does it upload all users saves or just mine? Asking because ive read deleting the account can work but also factory reset to which id have to upload the other users also if me doing it on mine hadnt done theres too.
