Their support site is absolute shit and their contact site redirects me to their support site when I ask for contact options.
I got an email today telling me there was a sign in ID change. I can't log in to my account now and when I try to reset my password the site tells me my email account doesn't exist.
The email says:
Sign-In ID Change
This e-mail confirms that the sign-in ID (E-mail Address) for your Sony Entertainment Network account has been changed.
If you did not intend to change your sign-in ID, please contact Customer Service using the link provided below.
Thank you, The Sony Entertainment Network Team
That link doesn't lead anywhere and gives me a 404 error.
