This is the 2nd time within a year I have had another PS4 claim to have primary status over my only PS4. I am unable to deactivate the other console as primary due to not having access to wherever it is. I have contacted Sony numerous times and they always deny my requests. Does anyone have any other ideas?
I have since changed my password and set up 2 step authentication
