Any fps game like cod mw3

I am in the mood of playing a good fps multiplayer game.I used to love cod mw3 and had loads of fun grinding for gold guns. Is there any cod game with a fun leveling system and good mechanics.The pacing and action of that game was great (I know people love cod mw2 more but that was all I had at that time) I tried bf1 but I got tired of getting killed by the same 2-3 guns over and over again plus the unlocks were very slow and it was all very grindy progression. I am interested in bf4,the destruction looks fun but I am on the fence about it after playing bf1

Tl:dr I need a fun fps game (preferably cod) with great mechanics,good pacing and action oriented and a really good rewarding progression system.
