Took my ps4 to a repair shop that runs free diagnostics. Ps4 kept crashing. They say they fixed it, turns out it's worse than before. It not turns off into update loop. They are now insinuating that I did something to my own system and payed them money $100 to fix it. This is a local shop and not Sony . They said I should of explained what was going with the system hard drive and that my hard drive may be gone. They said they would of checked it out during the diagnostic, which I thought a DIAGNOSTIC is supposed to find out for you .Which is the reason I gave it to them because I don't know what's going on with anything in the system. Anybody out there that can relate?
