Anyone else getting significantly faster download speeds?

I have a 100Mbps ISP connection and I watch my download speeds all the time. It varies day to day but it's always maxed out at 4.5MB per second (36Mbps) even though my PS4 connection test is usually in the 90s or 80s.

Today I started downloading my PS Plus games and low and behold I'm getting 14MB per second (112Mbps). Just got back from a movie and now I'm getting 11MB per second (88Mbps).

Has anyone else seen a change? Wondering if Sony upped their infrastructure or if I'm just lucky right now.
