Anyone having huge frame skipping issues in Elite Dangerous?

PS4: I'll be super cruising into a space station and it will jump in it's orbit: like the PS4 missed the last 10 seconds and is trying to recalculate where the station should be. Also when I try and land I've been approaching the pad and the suddenly the whole station jump-rotates and my landing pad is suddenly hundreds of feet away.
