Bought a New ps4 a few weeks ago, now I need help from fellow UKers.

My bank flags up everything as fraud if I put the wrong county in. I live in Middlesbrough, which has, I believe, 5 different county names I have come across in drop down lists. However the only option I get off PSN is the 4 country names for county which will not match, therefore I cannot pay for PS Now. Any ways I can get around this without changing banks.
