Brand new Eso Morrowind physical disk starting and stopping?

I restarted PS4 and it's not doing it anymore?

Before i restarted the disc would spin and stop then keep saying disk cannot be read? But it played BF1 and Skyrim fine before restart?

Is my ps4 dying? Or do they do this every now and then?

My PS4 is OG one 2 years old.
