Can't connect my controllers to my ps4, any advise?

Okay so everything was working perfectly then I turned off the system completely and when I went to turn it on a couple of hours later, my controller just blinked white 4 or 5 times. So I tried two other controllers both did the same thing. I tried reseting my controller with the little reset button on the back and the ps button and share button. I also unplug my ps4 for a 10 seconds and the plugged it back in. Nothing worked. Someone said go into the settings and reset to deft settings. However, I cannot get any controller to work. Any advise would be extremely gratefully.
