Cant connect with ethernet cabel but can with wifi.

So sometimes i have for like 2 days that my ps4 cant connect with the ethernet cabel. It does see thats it connected. When i run test it says: Obtain IP adress. . . Successful Internet connection. . . Failed

But when i connect with my wifi it does work.

I also treed putting my ethernet cabel in my laptop and it still works. So its probely something on sonys end.

Can some one help me.
