Can't download Diablo 3 patch, free space error

Hey all,

I just came home and wanted to play some Diablo 3 (complete edition). I have a PS4 pro with about 40gb left. It said I couldn't download a patch and I needed to clear some storage although I guess 40gb is enough for a small patch right?

I also couldn't download gravity Rush remastered because of the same error. Now I cleared some games and have 136gb left and it works, but I'm afraid my PS4 pro is giving up one me...

Somebody else got this problem? I rebuilded the database just to be sure.
