Can't find That's You on the UAE PS Store

Hello guys,

I have 2 accounts, one is French and one is UAE with a PS+ Subscription.

I tried looking for That's You on the UAE store but can't find it, while on the French one, it's directly on the home page.

Is it really not available on UAE ?
