Can't get psplus?

Hi guys,

I've been googling my socks off and can't find anything. I'm trying to get my psplus back on, but PayPal said my info was wrong. So I deleted the account and re-connected... only it said the password was wrong. Now, I changed the password and still it wouldn't work. I could login on paypal just fine. Connecting through psn site on laptop didn't work either.

I tried adding funds to my wallet but I forgot I couldn't upgrade from there...

so... what do I do? .. I really want to get some Tekken done..
