Can't post a form help submission cause of captcha

Ok, so apparently I had my account taken, my password changed, I had the chance to change the password and I'd so now I hope I'm safe, but trying to contact the support has come to no end i do everything right but the captcha isn't working, I did try all caps no caps and first character caps on, but to no avail
