Can't unlink Sub Account, Support not helpful. /sigh

So, I have two of my children's accounts under my master account as sub accounts.

They were created Years ago, and some how my son's birthday got entered wrong. His 18th birthday was today. No ability to unlink it. (though I wish I could have a few years ago).

Ok, I'll chat support. Basically they said "Can't help you, sorry. Wait until the account think it's 18." I ask when will that be, they tell me they can't see the entered birthday.

Ok, I'll call phone support. Same response, only they say they can see the birthday, but won't tell me. Even after I offer to send photos of both Drivers Licenses, provide credit card info, or any other account info they could possibly want to know about either account... nope. Can't help, you'll get an email... some day...

I think I may have entered my daughters birth year on my Sons account, or possibly even my Youngest Son (who i just made his account as a master account didn't link as a sub acct). If I used my daughters birth year (because i goof the birth dates often) Then it will be 2 more years before the account thinks it's 18. If i used my youngest son's birthday it will be 8 years until the account thinks it's 18.

This is crazy. We have purchased games, playstation +, not to mention his friends list, trophies, and achievements.

I have ID, I have any form of documented proof, his email address on the account, and even the account name contains his first name. There HAS to be some form of escalation process.

I get not wanting Minors going in and changing their birth date, but when you can actually verify age, you should be able to change it.

I don't know if I created the account, or my wife, or even my thought process it was so long ago. I could have been thinking "i'm putting a fake year so people can't steal my son's personal info" no idea.

If any of you have any suggestions on a way to escalate the issue, or get it changed to a master account, let me know.

Before you say "You should have entered the right date". I know. I should have. It's causing me problems now.
