Could a slim PS4 manage to work fine if two discs were stuck inside?

So this is pretty bizarre but I realized tonight that 2 of my PS4 games were missing. I suspected they may have been stolen as I am very organized but I started to read about discs getting stuck in the PS4. I have been playing a lot and it's been running fine. Is it in any way possible that the 2 discs could be stuck in there and I would still be able to use it normally?
