Does remote play work with hotels Wi-Fi?

I work the front desk at a hotel and I keep trying to use remote play but it won't connect. I can use it just fine at home bit I'm wondering if it won't go through my works internet for some reason.

I've already enabled my ps4 to be turned on and set it as my primary console.
