Downloading a game without opening the psstore?

So i just redeemed destiny beta code on the web store. Since the ps store is not opening for me on ps4 for the past few days i redeemed on the web store. But i cannot see the beta in my download list on the web store. It shows up on library on ps4 but doesn't open from there also ( stuck on please wait). So how can i push this download to my ps4 when it is not showing anywhere on the web store and ps store from ps4 is not opening.
