DS4 won't connect to my console

Hi everyone !

I own two DS4 controllers. My sister borrowed one and went home with it. She assures me she didn't get to use it, as her friends brought their own controllers, so she gave it back and now it won't plug in.

I tried: -Hold the button in the tiny hole at the back of the controller for 10 seconds to reset it -Hold the share and ps buttons together for 10 seconds, then plug it back in -Unplug, then plug the ps4 back and try to turn it on with the controller* -Simply plug the controller in (it charges and lights oranges, but won't connect) and press PS, tried 2 different USB cables.

It was working just fine before my sister got it back, and it doesn't seem damaged at all (well, not more than when I gave it to her)

Any tips, Reddit?
