I have owned this headset for about a month and a half; the mic has suddenly stopped working! I was in a party with my friends and out of the blue it stopped working and my friends cannot hear me, it is 100% the headset as i have tried Facebook messenger and the mic does not work on their either. I have also gone through the steps on the Giotech website to try and fix this but it has no affect. Has anyone got anything that I can do? I'm not able to do anything!
