So when downloading games, updates, pretty much anything, it starts preparing for downloads and gets to 10%. Sometimes it fails here and I get a "Cannot download game" error. I then restart the download, it might download a little but of the game (max 200mb) then it does the same and fails. I'm also getting VERY slow download speeds. When testing my internet connection in the PS4 settings it sais I hav 25mb/s, which is what I pay for. I have contacted Playstation support, they said that I should Inatialize the PS4, which i have done, both ways, so I have a completely fresh OS install and the problem still happens. It has been going on for a few months and I can't seem to find anything online. Thanks for helping!
