I updated my PS4 Pro hard drive to a 2TB when it first came out. A week or two ago it started freezing and glitching. I got fed up and initialized it, and rebuilt the database. After that it continued to act weird but I was able to access the list of my cloud saves. I put in the old hard drive, did the same and now it wont let me access any of my cloud saves, it doesn't do anything just gives me the message
"An error has occurred (NP-31803-5)
I activated it as my primary PS4 and restored all licenses. I'm not sure what to do, I have a few games I was pretty far into and want to continue playing.

I went to the Playstation Plus icon, went into cloud storage and was able to access it through there. After that I checked in application saved data management and was able to access it through there too. Possibly it was an issue of my Playstation not picking up PS+?
