[Help req.] Remote play randomly freeze/hold the Input & Game sound gone when plug into usb2.0

Struggle with this Remote play issue for while,here's what happen

I use 1080p 30 (FPS set to standard) for the Remote Play. Can't go for 1080p 60 (FPS set to high) it makes the computer stuttering (the whole computer not just the remote)

When I start remote play by plugging in Dualshock4 into USB 3.0 Port.

• The controller will randomly hold the input longer than it was (Example , when I turn the camera by right analog stick. It will keep continuing for like 2 seconds after I did not turn it by myself or the R2 button which Shoot keep shooting after I release the trigger) This issue did not happen when playing without Remote Play

• I fix this by switching the DS4 to plugging in with USB2.0 - thus Game Sound is missing instead , yet again switching back to USB3.0 will solve the sound issue but getting the Input issue instead. Any Fix?

I'm not sure if this is with the PC Spec i'm remoting it or not (my remote play is using Manual connecting through the code from PS4)
