Hello, I'm new to the PS4, thanks to the Amazon deals, but I have some problems. I bought the Sony renewed CUH-1216 model and I can't start Horizon.
Things I tried: -reinstall Game -reset PS4 -reinstall PS4 -change HDD
I'm on the newest version. If someone knows if and how I can fix the problem could you please help me? Could it be an faulty console and I should contact Sony?
PS: The game crashes right after the Guerrilla Logo, sometimes it loads a bit further, but with 3fps or so.
PSS: I can play other games like Persona 5, but if I try to play Horizon and it crashes I have to restart the console, else Persona runs with low FPS and crashes after some secs.
PSSS: Sorry if my englisch isn't that great, I write way to little in english.
