my Ds4windows controller didnt recognize my controller and i searched everywhere and didnt find a solution but then i found the solution myself to fix the problem you need to go to the Device Manager > Human Interface Devices and in there you will find HID compliant game controller or something with controller and maybe you will notice that it has a Downwards Arrow if it has that it means that it is disabled so all you need to do is to right click it and click on Enable and thats it i hope it fixed your problem
