As the title says, I have been banned the last week. When I try to log on, it says ws-37368-7 error.
I know that that means my account has been banned, however, I have not received any email saying why.
I have seen other posts from people who have been banned with the same error (ws-37368-7). They all say that it was because of a chargeback that they had done with their card/PayPal.
I think that this cannot be the reason why I was banned. I have never used PayPal or card for buying something from the Store. I always buy PSN codes and redeem them.
I would like to know if someone knows what the problem is.
My PSN account is from USA, but I am living in the UK at the moment, does it make a difference?
The last thing that I did with my PSN account was redeeming the 15$ PSN code that PlayStation gave if you had spent 100$ or more in the Store between June 9th , 2017 through June 20th, 2017.
I redeem it, went to sleep and the next day it said my account had been banned.
Help, please!
Also, could someone comment the email I have to use in order to send an email to PlayStation customer support? Does it have to be customer support from USA or UK? The account is from USA but I am currently living in the UK.
