I moved from Xbox to PS4 and looking for something to scratch the Forza Horizon itch. Help?

I really enjoyed the open world aspect and just dropping in and out of challenges in FH. Is there anything besides The Crew and NFS? If those are the only options, which do you think is worth the money?
