I need HELP with downloading a game!!!

Hi guys, I have a weird problem on my PS4 download speed.

I'm trying for the past 2days to download ESO which is 64-68 GB. My speed is 1MB/s (yeah I know is slow) wired, custom settings. In the beginning everything was pretty cool, max speed was 800-900kb/s, I was, ok! Rest mode and I will check in the morning, well...nothing had changed, instead it was much much worse. 99+hours! Pause - Resume fixed it...but after a couple hours I've checked again, same problem 99hours. In the last 2 1/2 days I've download 40GB but it's like it's getting worse by the minute. I've tried to download another game and it works just fine, everything was smooth including my down speed, but when I'm trying to resume the download for ESO it's taking ages to start and the speed is terrible.

I've tried to "auto" the internet settings on my PS but that didn't help. I've tried to restart the PS, that helped for 10-15 mins. but then the speed is going down again. I don't know what to do guys, it's like on this specific game the client is crazy slow!!! Anyone else ever had this problem with a game? Any solution that might help I bit?
