If you get a free game from ps plus membership will you get its associated dlcs as well

So just cause 3 is coming for as one of the free ps4 games for august and I wanted to know as the title said if I could get all the dlcs available for it thanks in advance and while we're on the subject how do I find out the ps plus games for September do Ii have to wait or have I just not been looking hard enough
