Ejecting and inserting a different disc seems like it should be no problem at all, but I feel like I do rotate games more often than I otherwise would when the games are digital. I actually have a large number of physical games, but most of mine are digital at this point. Looking back, I wish I had went all digital, but I will do so on the Switch and PlayStation 5.
It's easier when you have people over to just switch games on the fly. And also, everyone can easily see the games you have displayed on the screen, so it makes choosing one easier. Also, sometimes you want to check out certain things for a brief moment, making it less cumbersome to switch between games. After I finished Dark Souls III, I went to check my characters in Bloodborne and then Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin, and then back to Dark Souls III. Just easier to flip through it like that.
And if you are to bring your system somewhere, you don't have to pick and choose what games to bring. You don't want to lug 30 games to someone's house, but if you bring the console, you can decide right then and there which of the 30 you want to play rather than what you chose to bring.
Do you guys feel like you rotate games more with digital downloads, or is it basically the same?
