Is it possible transfer data from one ps4 to another with a USB?

If this is possible can anyone give me a quick step by step process? Like how do I save a specific game and it's progress onto a USB? And then load that up on a other playstation?

If I were to do this, is there a way to keep the game progress on my current ps4 AND onto the USB?
