Is There a Way to Transfer my Update Files to Another PS 4 Unit?

Hello everyone!

Just wanna ask if transferring my update files (patches downloaded for the PS 4 operating system and for games) can be transferred to another unit. My friend's unit is currently not updated, as his other games and he doesn't have access to the internet at the moment.
