Issue with payments on PS Store?

I was trying to purchase some stuff through the PS Store, I succesfully added a Paypal account(logged in correctly through Paypal and completed the procedure), but then if I try to pay what's in the chart it says there's been an error and the payment didn't went through.

Now, the Paypal account is linked to my bank account, so unless someone has stolen all my money, there should be no issues on availability of the funds; this means it's not a problem with card not being charged and such.

Am I missing something? I also tried to relog, to remove and add again the Paypal account but nothing worked; if I try to add funds outside the chart it gives me the same error.

It's the first time I use the PS Store so I don't know if I'm doing something wrong...
