License Expired but I still have PS+

So whenever I try and start Killing Floor 2 it says my license expired. I downloaded it as a PS+ game on my brothers account on the same ps4 because his account was the one with PS+ on it.

I now have PS+ on my account but it expired on my brothers. Now it won't let me play Killing Floor 2. I assume it's because PS+ expired on my brothers account which I used to add it to library but I now have PS+ on my account but it still won't let me play.

I was just wondering if there was anyway around this other than buying the game again or getting PS+ on my brothers account. Any advice is appreciated.
