My console is an Airplane

During some games, like overwatch, or horizon, the more graphic intensive ones, my Arkham edition console is just unbelievably loud. It's gotten worse and worse over time and I'm tempted to finally take this thing apart. The problem is I don't have much knowledge other than I have read about changing the thermal paste and using compressed air to clean it out. Does anyone have any advice or recommendations on which screwdriver and thermal paste to use? I swear some of my friends systems barely kick it into gear on overwatch, but mine is like a wind tunnel! Anything off amazon works well for me. Thanks guys
