Hi! I'm living in another country and I want to buy some games on the digital store. I need to create an account with a new e-mail. The thing is I created one (outlook) and when I check the mail days later it says it's blocked because they need to send me a code via mobile phone. The question is: there is a e-mail that doesn't ask me for a phone number? (I don't have a phone...long story). I just need a new e-mail to create this new user on PS4 to buy games in this country. Thanks.
