I recently sold 2 PS4 consoles through eBay, on posting these they seem to have been "lost". I do not believe that is the case though I believe that they have been stolen. I sent these within a 5 day span of each other in parcels measuring 45x35x16cm (which is hard to misplace 2 times) via Collect Plus (UK).
I have spoken to the local shop which i dropped the parcels off at and they are adamant that they had sent it with the courier, the tracking suggest so too, however the delivery was supposed to take two days and now we are passing 9 and 4 days respectively where i have not received any updates on the tracking.
The total price of the items was over £300 and the "kind" people at collect plus have informed me if i am to claim compensation i would only recieve £25 per parcel.
I do not have the original packaging for both and foolishly did not note any other information about the consoles i.e. serial numbers etc.
I have been looking online and have seen that it is possible to get the PS4's unique MAC address so that it is possible to track them down if they are connected to the internet.
Has anybody else been in this situation? If so any help would be appreciated.
Thank you
