I gotta' say, I thought this was going to be substantially easier. I got a 2TB Seagate hard drive, swapped it out, put the correct update file on a flash drive, and thought everything was good to go. After my PS4 says it's initializing the system update and will restart, the PS4 either never restarts or (after about 20 minutes) will boot back into safe mode. I'm starting to think that the new hard drive might be bad but I have no way of checking it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
