New PlayStation 4 Slim. Can I Use Completely Offline?

I’m picking up a new PS4 Slim from GameStop tomorrow. Already got Uncharted Collection, Crash, and TLOU. I have no internet. Is there any internet needed downloads the PS4 needs to just play games offline? I Have NO Internet. I plan on linking my PSN, and getting the day one patches later.
