Options for two year old console with self ejecting problem.

Is Sony giving any extended coverage for this problem by any chance?

So far I've tightened the screw and don't know if it worked yet. It's a weird screw, moves up and down and doesn't really tighten. How many turns did you give it?

My unit is vertical. Wondering what I should try next if it continues.

Has factory reset been a fix for anyone?
