So i bought a second hand ps4 and when it came i deleted the accounts and after that i went through the setup and when i was at the user agreement I agreed but it gave me an error afrer that I tried to rebuild database but it gave me an error again so I tried to reinstall with update file from PlayStation.com but it gave me an error again "initialization failed" what shall I do?
