Problem With Infamous: Second Son

So I picked up the game at Gamestop a couple days ago, hearing it was a fun superhero game.

I put the disc in yesterday, let the install go all the way, and then played the game. I had a lot of fun with it! But after the cutscene where Delsin talks with his brother about finding a way to heal the people with concrete in their legs, the game stopped me. There was a screen that said there was more to download.

The percentage never moved, and the estimated time kept going up. I let it sit overnight, and today I came back to the game only for nothing to have changed. I tried deleting the game and reinstalling it, but when I booted it up, the game just went straight to the download screen with the same results.

Is anyone else having this issue? Can anyone suggest a fix?
